Job Duties:
The Assistant Food Service Manager is responsible for preparing food, ensuring food safety and supervising kitchen staff when the food service manager is not present. There are 3 shifts available each day.
- Prepares food in accordance to the menu provided by the Food Service Manager
- Ensures a safe food handling by following recommended practices cooking and sanitation practices set by the Food Service Manager
- Supervises kitchen staff when Food Service Manager is not present
- Monitors inventory of food and chemicals, and makes order recommendations to Food Service Manage

Qualifications:
The Boy Scouts of America has many leaders, camp counselors, professionals and members that are male and female that come from all backgrounds.
Candidates with previous food service, dining or customer service experience is preferred.
