Program Counselors are the face of Philmont in the Backcountry and are responsible for delivering program to crews passing through or staying at their camp while on Trek. Camps specialize in various program elements from COPE Courses to Range and Target Activities to Living History among other programs.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
• Must be 18 years of age by the time of employment, some positions require 21+
• Ability to prioritize tasks and ask for help when needed
• Ability to function well in a high-pace and at times stressful environment
