About Us
Camp Scouthaven is a Summer Camp located in Freedom, NY. The camp is operated by the Boy Scouts of America. Staff Members work with youth aged 6 to 17, as well as adult leaders and parents. The season runs roughly 6/25 to 8/20 with multiple short breaks throughout. Specific days off may be arranged if necessary. Employees will be expected to live on-site in provided housing, unless able to commute within a reasonable distance.
The Position
We are searching for instructors in several areas including Activities (Field Sports/BMX), Outdoor Skills (Camping, Scout Skills, First Year Campers), Shooting Sports, & STEM Center. Instructors will provide program instructors to scouts, Cubs and SBSA. Additional training will be provided before and during the camp season to help you prepare.
