The James C. Justice National Scout Camp at the Summit Bechtel Reserve emphasizes advancement and adventure for Scouts BSA and Venturing participants. Dozens of merit badges, trainings, and rank advancement instruction form the core offerings of the Justice National Scout Camp, while participants also have access to the high-adventure activities available on the Summit property and in the surrounding area. Justice National Scout Camp contains many traditional summer camp elements, too, like campfires, skits and songs, theme days, Order of the Arrow activities, and more. There is no place like the Summit for summer camp!

The starting rate of pay for any summer seasonal position at the Summit is $1350.00 per month; room and board are also provided for all positions. The approximate term of employment is from late May to early August, though term lengths can be flexible. Precise monthly salaries and employment periods are provided on each position listing.
