First-year Camper Program Director

• Age Requirement: 18+
• Reports to the Program Director.
• May hold a current certification from Scouting America National Camping School (camp will pay for certification)
• Supervises first-year camper program (“Trailblazer”) alongside a staff of three other enthusiatic and skilled instructors.
• Coordinates basic Scout skill instruction for the trail to First Class and runs daily activities for classes of 5 to 30 first-year Scouts (ages 10-12) each week (5 weeks programs)
• Manages area equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports overall campwide programs.

Earn a weekly salary and be part of the camp community (full room and board included!) Summer employment runs from June 28 to August 12, 2026 at Camp Tuscarora in Windor, NY (located on the NY/PA border).
