The Asst. Commissioner / Reserve Medical Officer is part of the first aid team for L.E. Phillips Scout Reservation.
- Provide excellent customer service to our visitors
- Perform first aid and emergency care to staff, campers and guests
- Assess the medical condition of injuries and illnesses. Make recommendations to send people to nearby medical facilities for further treatment
- Create plans for medical evacuations, fire, and severe weathe
- Communicate effectively with first responders in the event of emergency
- Maintain an inventory of medical equipment and supplies
- Qualifications- Medical Officers must be:
EMT-B or HigherRN, RNP, LPNA, PAPhysician First Responder ( but must be registered with the state of Wisconsin as Registered First Responder)
