Dining Hall Staff

Requirements for hire: Must have a current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.
Must be able to lift weights up to 40 lbs.
Must be in good standing with the Boy Scouts of America, Conquistador Council, and Wehinahpay Mountain Camp.

Specific Responsibilities:
The Dining Hall Staff will work closely with the Dining Hall Steward in the management and care of a tidy, clean, and efficient dining area. Specific responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the set-up and take-down of a quality dining area.
2. Assist the Dining Hall Steward in the maintenance, inventory, security, safety, and wise use of all dining area and kitchen equipment used in the Dining Hall or other dining area.
3. Maintain a clean and healthy work and dining environment.
4. Maintain strict discipline at all times when campers, leaders, and other staff are in the area.
5. Participate in all camp-wide activities as assigned.
6. Assist in the set-up and take-down of all camp facilities.
7. All other duties as assigned.
