COPE is an acronym that stands for Challenging Outdoor Experience.
As a COPE Instructor, you will be working with a team of other instructors in leading a group of Scouts (one group in the morning and another in the afternoon) in teambuilding exercises and help facilitate low rope and high rope courses. Ransburg is looking for individuals who can bring in a lot of fun and high energy to our COPE Area while also respecting and encouraging safety for everyone involved.
