The Adult Leader Training Director is responsible for facilitating the different trainings that are provided at Ransburg Scout Reservation. Some trainings that they will be responsible for facilitating would be Troop Committee Challenge, Merit Badge Counselor, etc.
The Adult Leader Training Director does not necessarily need to be the one providing the trainings – for example Ransburg offers CPR training and certification, and the Adult Leader Training Director would work with our Health Lodge staff to make sure that this training can operate.
We are looking for someone that is knowledgeable or Scouts BSA and has had experience within the program. Training materials will be provided for the Adult Leader Trainer to use.
