High Adventure (Director, Climbing Coordinator, ASI ATV Course Coordinator, and High Adventure staff)

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our High Adventure staff for the 2026 camping season. Positions available within the High Adventure staff include High Adventure Director, COPE/Climbing Instructor, and ATV Course Coordinator. We pay a weekly salary. Free housing and meals included in employment.

Team members will play a key role in delivering high-quality outdoor adventure experiences, including instruction on our state-of-the-art climbing tower, facilitation of the Climbing Merit Badge, and operation of both low and high COPE elements.

Desired Qualifications & Experience

Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with participants, fellow staff, and camp leadership
Previous COPE, climbing, or ropes course experience preferred (training provided)
Primary Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants while fostering teamwork, confidence, and personal growth
Assist the COPE/Climbing Director as assigned
Actively participate in staff meetings and trainings, contributing ideas to support the continuous improvement of camp programs
Serve as a positive role model and ambassador for the camp experience
