ASSISTANT AQUATICS DIRECTOR (18+) Responsible to: Aquatics Director
Duties are as follows:
(1) Assist the Aquatics Director in carrying out his/her responsibilities.
(2) Responsible for the following merit badges and certifications: Rowing, Canoeing, Kayaking,
Motor Boating, Small Boat Sailing, Fishing and Fly Fishing,
(3) Is responsible for all Water Front advancement records, which will be turned in to the
Program Director at the end of each week.
(4) Be responsible for the care and maintenance of all Water Front equipment.
(5) Holds certification in and/or equivalent Red Cross Standard First Aid and CPR Pro (adult,
child, & infant).
(6) Hold current certification in BSA Scout Lifeguard by the end of Staff Week.
(7) All other duties as assigned to him/her by the Aquatics Director.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary starting at $278 a week
- Bonus for being an Eagle Scout

- All meals during operating season and during training
- Housing during operating season and during training
- Paid training. (CPR and First Aid)
