Outdoor Skills Staff
Must be 15, preferably 16, years old. Assist the Scoutcraft director in providing a safe, fun, and productive learning environment for youth and leaders. Act as youth role models for scouts and leaders in camp. Must be willing to learn skills and equipment use associated with the Scoutcraft area. Must be able to learn, run, and teach merit badge classes, troop rotations, and evening skills activities for their program area. Must assist with the Scoutcraft overnight campout. Must also assist in cleaning and maintaining area grounds, buildings, equipment in the Scoutcraft and area. Is responsible to the Outdoor Skills Director.
