Summer Day Camp Counselor

Being on camp staff at Adventure Day Camp isn’t just another summer job-it’s an adventure of its own. Your role is to help create a place where every camper feels safe, welcome, and ready to have fun. As staff, you’re more than just a helper-you’re a role model. Campers will look up to you, watch how you act, and learn from the example you set. You’ll work side by side with a team of other staff members, jumping into all kinds of activities and programs together. Some days you’ll be leading the fun, other days you’ll be right there assisting campers as they try something new for the very first time. Before the summer even begins, you’ll take part in pre-camp training week to prepare, practice, and bond with your team. While every position has its own unique duties, everyone on staff pitches in wherever needed to make camp run smoothly. And through it all, you’ll be living up to Adventure Day Camp’s policies and procedures-keeping camp safe, fair, and exciting for everyone. It’s a chance to give back, grow as a leader, and have an unforgettable summer.
