2025 Summer Program Director

Montana Council- Scouting America is seeking staff for our camp, K-M Scout Ranch, near Lewistown, Montana. Montana Council provides a summer camp experience for youth, creating a culture of safety and fun. We aim to provide an enjoyable and meaningful camp experience for Scouts, Adult Leaders, and Staff.

The Program Director is responsible for overall supervision and leadership of all program areas and activities, including staff management. Other responsibilities include hiring/evaluating staff, scheduling and program development, and budget oversight. The person who fills this position must be an effective communicator and planner. They are a member of the camp administration team.  Scouting experience desired but not required. This is a 21+ position that requires training at National Camping School, paid by the employer. Reports to the Camp Director.

This is a seasonal position. Room and board provided in addition to pay. Monthly stipend provided for work completed prior to the season.

Our camp has the following work dates for the 2025 season:

June 24th- August 4th
