Fishing mates lead Fishing Adventure Crews, work with crews through the duration of their adventure, fish with crews, act as a crew’s fishing mate assisting the captain, and aid with the general chores and daily clean-up of base. Fishing mates will also drive the crew to visit historic Key West and must have a valid driver’s license. Should be knowledgeable in saltwater fishing.
Must pass a USCG drug test.
This position is available during the spring, summer, and winter.
