Qualifications
• At least 21 years of age
• Current NCS Camp Management or Camp Director Certification (refer to standards)
• Current First Aid/CPR
• Thorough knowledge of ALL applicable standards (both BSA and state)
• Strong public speaking and communication skills
• Registered with the BSA
• Computer Skills
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all aquatics activities
• Keep accurate records for his/her area
• Insure that all aquatic activities conform to the safety standards as established by the Camping Committee
• Promote the Safe Swim Defense Plan for use by the units in camp
• Participate in camp programs including campfires, staff meetings and camp wide games
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Camp Director
