Foodservice and Cook Staff

The foodservice team plays a critical role in the guest experience at the Summit Bechtel Reserve. Planning, preparing, and serving high-quality meals ensures that our Scouts and Scouters have the fuel they need for the great adventures offered at the Summit.

There are several openings across the following job categories/positions; each listing is linked to a Web page that contains detailed information about the position, including term of employment and salary.

The starting rate of pay for any summer seasonal position at the Summit is $1,600.00 per month; food and housing (tent in Staff Camp) are also provided for all staff. The approximate term of employment is from late May to early August, though term lengths can be flexible. Precise monthly salaries and employment periods are provided on each position listing. Additionally, internship credit can be gained from employment in any position at the Summit, if the responsibilities of the role match the requirements of the institution–just ask!
