Aquatics and Lifeguard Staff at the Summit

Goodrich Lake West, the home of aquatics programs at the Summit, offers kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddleboarding, water obstacle courses, swimming instruction, and more! Many visitors to the aquatics programs at Goodrich Lake West are Justice National Scout Camp participants, who participate in merit badges, open activities, and swimming instruction. Participants in the onsite high-adventure program, the Summit Experience, also pay a visit to Goodrich Lake West during their stay.

The starting rate of pay for any summer seasonal position at the Summit is $1350.00 per month; room and board are also provided for all positions. The approximate term of employment is from late May to early August, though term lengths can be flexible. Precise monthly salaries and employment periods are provided on each position listing.
