Each summer, thousands of guests visit the Summit, in wild and wonderful West Virginia. The Summit hires a team of dedicated staffers to ensure all visitor needs and functional necessities are met. The health and safety team hires several emergency medical technicians (E.M.T.s) to ensure that participants are safe and that any medical concerns are addressed quickly.

The starting rate of pay for any summer seasonal position at the Summit is $1350.00 per month; room and board are also provided for all positions. The approximate term of employment is from late May to early August, though term lengths can be flexible. Precise monthly salaries and employment periods are provided on each position listing.
