There are several unique high-adventure and trek programs offered by the Summit Bechtel Reserve. Roles in this department are focused on providing transformational outdoor experiences, through an array of adventure activities, to young people and the adult leadership who support them. The New River Experience, the signature whitewater rafting program of the Summit hosts thousands of participants each year, and we are hiring amazing guides for the summer of 2024!

The starting rate of pay for any summer seasonal position at the Summit is $1350.00 per month; room and board are also provided for all positions. The approximate term of employment is from late May to early August, though term lengths can be flexible. Precise monthly salaries and employment periods are provided on each position listing.
